This Privacy Policy explains how Shenzhen Yipin Mingxuan Technology Co., Ltd. ("PPC Opt", "we", "us", "our"), registered at 6th Floor, Mingzhu Building, Bantian Street, Longgang District, Shenzhen 518129, Guangdong Province, China, collects, uses, stores, and deletes information when you use the PPC Opt platform at ppcopt.com (the "Service"). 1. Information We Collect
Account information. When you register, we collect your name, email address, and login credentials. If you are part of an organization, we store your tenant and role assignments.
Amazon data. After you explicitly authorize us via Login with Amazon (OAuth 2.0), we access your Amazon data through the official Amazon Advertising API and Amazon Selling Partner API (SP-API), strictly within the roles and scopes you grant. Depending on your authorization, this includes:
- Advertising data — campaigns, ad groups, keywords, product targets, budgets, bids, and performance reports (impressions, clicks, spend, ad-attributed sales and orders);
- Business reports — store-level sessions, page views, total orders and sales, and Buy Box percentage;
- Search analytics reports — search query performance data (impression, click, and purchase share on search queries for your ASINs);
- Catalog and listing data — product titles and catalog attributes of your ASINs, and the status of your listings;
- Pricing data — your offers' prices and Buy Box ownership status;
- Inventory data — your FBA inventory quantities and inbound shipments;
- Settlement fee data — order-level referral fees and FBA fees used to compute per-ASIN margin.
Usage data. We collect technical logs about how the Service is accessed (IP address, browser type, timestamps, error logs) to operate, secure, and debug the platform.
What we do NOT collect. We never ask for or store your Amazon account password. We do not collect customer (buyer) personal information — we do not request order-level buyer details or any PII-related API roles. We do not access any Amazon data outside the scopes you authorize.
2. How We Use Information
- To provide the Service: synchronizing and displaying your advertising and store data, executing bid/budget/targeting changes you configure or approve, and generating reports;
- To operate our optimization algorithms (bidding, dayparting, budget rules) against the targets you set;
- To compute total-store analytics (TACoS) combining advertising spend with overall store sales;
- To operate guardrail features: reducing spend when the Buy Box is lost, pacing campaigns against FBA inventory levels, pausing ads when a listing is suppressed, and capping bids by per-ASIN margin;
- To maintain audit logs of every automated or manual action taken on your advertising accounts;
- To secure the platform, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot issues;
- To communicate with you about your account and important service changes.
3. Amazon Data — Specific Commitments
- Amazon data is accessed only through official Amazon APIs after your explicit OAuth authorization, and only within the scopes granted;
- Amazon data is used solely to provide and improve the Service for the authorizing account — never for unrelated purposes;
- Amazon data is never shared with third parties except the infrastructure subprocessors listed in Section 4, and only as required to host and operate the Service;
- You may revoke our access at any time in your Amazon account settings; upon revocation we stop all API access to that profile immediately;
- Each tenant's data is logically isolated; no customer can access another tenant's Amazon data.
4. Sharing and Subprocessors
We do not sell or rent personal information. We share data only with the infrastructure providers needed to run the Service, under contractual confidentiality and security obligations:
- Amazon Web Services (AWS) — cloud hosting, databases, caching, and content delivery (data stored in AWS regions);
- Email delivery provider — transactional emails such as verification codes.
We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of the Service and its users.
5. Data Retention and Deletion
- Account and Amazon advertising data is retained while your account is active;
- When you revoke Amazon authorization or request deletion, we delete the associated Amazon data from our production systems within 30 days, and from backups within the following backup rotation cycle;
- When you close your account, we delete your account data within 30 days, except records we must keep for legal, tax, or audit purposes;
- To request deletion, email vip@ppcopt.com from your registered address.
6. Security
We protect data with encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256), least-privilege access controls, and continuous monitoring. See our Data Security Statement for full details.
7. Your Rights
You may request to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information at any time by emailing vip@ppcopt.com. We respond to verified requests within 30 days. If you are in the EEA/UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
8. Cookies
We use only strictly necessary cookies/tokens for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
9. International Transfers
Data is processed on AWS infrastructure which may be located outside your country of residence. We apply the safeguards described in our Data Security Statement regardless of where data is processed.
10. Children's Privacy
The Service is a business tool and is not directed at individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
11. Changes to This Policy
If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and notify registered users by email before the changes take effect.
